Energy Reduction Initiative

Building Management aims at lowering costs by reducing energy consumption on a weekly basis benefitting both the environment and our tenants. We are asking that tenants volunteer to have their HVAC turned off during Saturday lease hours if no employees will be onsite during this time. We anticipate that this simple arrangement will translate into important energy and cost savings for the building each year.
