Conference Room Facilities
Accessed by an escalator from the lobby, the 9,000 square foot Conference Center includes four conference rooms ranging in size from 840 to 3,239 square feet. The largest room, the Michigan Ballroom, seats up to 250 people and can be divided for smaller functions. The other three rooms can accommodate meetings of up to 30 people. In addition, the facility features a 3,240 square foot pre-function area, warming kitchen, and wireless high-speed internet access available in every conference room for video teleconferencing. Athletic Club / Gym
The Fitness Center at One North Wacker is approximately 7,737 square feet and has a complete line of cardiovascular and strength training equipment, an aerobics classroom with appropriate sound and vibration isolation, and fully appointed men’s and women’s locker rooms. The club is professionally operated by Tennis Corporation of America, a national operator of high-end fitness clubs. Club membership is restricted to tenants in the building. Fifth Third Bank ATM's are located on the 30th floor, in the main lobby, as well as on the southeast corner of the plaza.

Coffee / Gourmet / Specialty
The 30th Floor Cafe is open Monday-Friday; serving breakfast from 7:00am-10:00am and lunch from 11:00am-2:00pm. The Cafe proudly brews Starbucks coffee from 6:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. Please visit UBS Cafe for more information.

Notary Public Service
A Notary Public is available to tenants at no charge during normal business hours in the Office of the Building, Suite 750.

Parking
The parking garage at One North Wacker is a fully secured Internet-based system that gives our tenants the flexibility and convenience to access the garage at their convenience. There are non-reserved monthly parking spots available. We also offer daily and monthly car wash specials to all parkers. One North Wacker is located near Chicago Transit Authority's (CTA) bus service, and is only a few blocks from Chicago's three major commuter rail stations and the CTA's elevated train system ("El").

Recycling/Composting
Building Management and Waste Management work in conjunction with one another to offer an effective recycling program available to all tenants. In 2009, One North Wacker recycled 571 tons of material, diverting 1,250 cubic yards of material from landfills, and saving 7,084 trees and 2.92 million gallons of water.

One North Kitchen & Bar is a contemporary brasserie that features bold American cuisine with classic French and Italian influences. Security
Tenant security is assured via 25 closed circuit cameras covering the garage, dock and entrances, and intercom stations at the ground floor lower level and the loading dock entrance doors. In addition, the building requires keycard access to enter each elevator bank. All security systems are controlled and monitored 24-hours a day by on-site security staff.

Shoe Shine/Repair Shop
Shoe Shine & Repair services is now available at One North Wacker on the 2nd floor. The service will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00am-1:00pm.
