I-Visitor allows tenants to enter the names of visitors into the security system to make guest check-in more efficient.

Athletic Club / Gym
300 North LaSalle's state-of-the-art Fitness Facility is located on the 2nd floor along the North side of the building. The Fitness Facility is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Fitness Facility is equipped with a towel service as well as changing rooms that include showers and lockers. The following equipment is provided within the Fitness Facility:

A 24 hour ATM is located in the hallway adjacent to Associated Bank.

Banking & Brokerage
Associated Bank is located on the ground level, North of the Main Lobby. Associated Bank accomodates private accounts, small businesses and commercial customers.

Bike Room
A secure bike storage room is available for tenants of the building. Please contact the Property Management Office for additional information.

Conference Room Facilities
The building Conference Center is located on Lower Level 1 next to the cafe. Please refer to Resource Scheduling to take advantage of the Conference Center at 300 North LaSalle.

Mail / Delivery Service
U.S. Messenger, the in-building courier service, handles all deliveries within the building, including U.S. Mail.

Parking
The parking garage at 300 N. LaSalle is managed by Standard Parking. Located on Lower LaSalle, tenants are offered 3 levels of underground parking. Please contact the Property Management Office additional parking information.

Public Transportation
There are several different methods that make commuting to River North easy and efficient. Take advantage of Metra, CTA and the Chicago Water Taxi services. Each have locations within walking distance of the builidngs and can accomodate you no matter where you live.

Restaurants / Deli / Catering
Cafe 300, located on Lower Level 1, offers salads, hot and cold sandwiches, and daily entree specials. Catering services are available for tenants. Seasonal outdoor seating is available along Chicago's beautiful riverfront.
