Property Information
300 North LaSalle is located on the north bank of the Chicago River. This 60-story, 1.3-million-square-foot tower was designed by Pickard Chilton and developed by Hines.
Completed in 2009, 300 North LaSalle continues the extraordinary tradition of Chicago architecture. At 775 feet tall, 300 North LaSalle is one of the largest highrise structures in Chicago. The richly articulated glass and stainless steel facade maximizes the introduction of daylight and minimizes solar heat gain.
300 North LaSalle is pre-certified at the Gold level in the LEED Core & Shell program. The building sets the standard for a sustainable future by incorporating innovative green technologies such as a river water cooling system, superior indoor air quality via UV emitters and HEPA filtration, and 50% green roof.
