101 California is pleased to make the following amenities available to our tenants:

Security
101 California has a security staff on the premises twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. To call the Security Console directly use the following number: (415) 393-4503.

Visitor Center
All visitors to the 101 California Building must check-in at the Security Console in the Main Lobby. Tenants are encouraged to let the security staff know that guests are expected by faxing a visitor request to the Security Console at (415) 393-4501.

Tenant Services / Miscellaneous
SATELLITE TELEVISION SERVICE:
Satellite television service is available in 101 California through DirecTV. There are initial costs to install and a monthly charge for each location. Please call the Building Management Office for more information at (415) 398-8655.

SEASONAL ENTERTAINMENT:
Lunchtime entertainment on the Plaza during Summer months and in the Lobby during the Holiday Season. Schedule of events published in the building newsletter.

Art Gallery / Exhibit
Art Exhibits are shown in the building lobbies and occasionally on the plaza throughout the year. Tenants are notified prior to exhibits through the building newsletter and/or desk drops.

Mail / Delivery Service
U.S. POST OFFICE:
Tenant post boxes are located in the Mail Room off the corridor in Lower Level Two. Outgoing mail pick up from boxes located in the Garage elevator lobby on Lower Level 2 at 11:00 a.m., 2:45 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

EXPRESS MAIL BOXES:
DHL, Federal Express, UPS, and U.S. Overnight Mail boxes. Located in Lower Level 2 of the Garage. See individual boxes for supplies, pick-up and discount information.

MESSENGER SERVICE:
Transfer point and in-house delivery/pick-up for local courier parcels. Open 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Telephone: (415) 398-3406.

Public Transportation
TRANSIT PASSES:
BART, Golden Gate Transit, AC Transit and MUNI Fast Passes are sold in the Building Management Office, Suite 919. Available the first and last week of each month between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. CASH ONLY, in exact amount, please.

Entrances are located on Pine Street, Davis Street, or through the 101 California Main Lobby. They are open Saturdays, and there is an ATM outside of the building on Pine Street.

Umbrellas
101 California umbrellas are available for loan at the Security Console in the Main Lobby. You may borrow an umbrella by turning in a photo ID.
