AEGON Center currently has several retail tenants providing a wide range of services to the building's office tenants and to the public. These retail tenants are located in the Building's lobby, adjacent to the Public Plaza Area and along Market Street. A description of the building's retail tenants follows:

ATM
A 24-hour Automatic Teller Machine is located in the AEGON Center west lobby corridor.

Banking & Brokerage
Commonwealth Bank & Trust, located in the south lobby, provides a full service retail banking facilty.

Coffee / Gourmet / Specialty
Panera Bread is located on Level 1 of the AEGON Center.

Mail / Delivery Service
Outgoing mail boxes for AEGON Center tenants are provided in the west lobby corridor.
USPS, FedEX and UPS pickup and delivery is available daily, Monday through Friday.

Newsstand
A variety of newspapers are available in the Straus Sundry Shop.

Notary Public Service
Hines has a notary on site Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. If you need this service, please call 585.4200 for availability.

Retail Stores
A Taste of Kentucky is located off the South Lobby. This retail establishment allows the shopper to experience the rich history and traditions of Kentucky through food, arts and crafts of traditional and contemporary Kentucky artisans.

Shoe Shine/Repair Shop
Young's Shoe Shine, located in the west lobby corridor, is available on a daily basis to serve our tenants' needs.

Sundry Shop
STK, d/b/a Straus Sundry Shop provides juices, soft drinks, soda, candy, greeting cards, newspapers and other miscellaneous items.

Car Care Services
On-The-Spot is now available in the lower level of the AEGON Center garage for car wash, oil changes, etc. To utilize the service, call 773.9322 for an appointment. Check out On-The-Spot's web page at onthespotoilchange.com

Fountain / Water Wall
Four identical stone fountains bring beauty and elegance to AEGON Center's plaza.

Restaurants / Deli / Catering
Jimmy John's "World's Greatest Gourmet Sandwiches" is located near the Jefferson Street parking garage entrance offering dine in, carry out and delivery services for the lunch crowd.

Panera Bread is located off the plaza, with an entrance into the first-floor of AEGON Center. Breakfast, lunch and dinner catering, dine in and carry out is available.

Public Transportation
Numerous bus and trolley lines operate within a one-block radius of the AEGON Center.

Storage Facilities
Tenant rental space is available by calling the Management Office at 585.4200.

Park / Picnic Facilities
A landscaped, public plaza is adjacent to the south side of AEGON Center.

If you have clients you wish to park in the AEGON Center Garage, please email us with their name(s), date and approximate time of arrival and person with your firm they are scheduled to visit.
