A Bank of America branch is conveniently located in the Columbia Center on the ground level for all your banking needs. The branch can be accessed through the pedestrian tunnel that connects the Fifth Avenue Plaza and Columbia Center. Bank of America services include savings and checking accounts, loans, Visa credit, Internet banking and ATM access. The banch is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Mail / Delivery Service
A U.S. Postal drop is located in the main lobby level near the Security Desk. Pickup is twice a day, at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. A Federal Express drop box is located in the same room as the U.S. Mail drop box. Additionally, UPS is available through Mailboxes Etc., U.S.A., located in the lobby retail area. Pick-up time for Federal Express is 5:00 p.m. daily.

Newsstand
Newspapers, books and magazines are available for purchase at Michael's Gifts & Sundries in the lower retail lobby.

Tenant Services / Miscellaneous
Mail is delivered to the building Monday through Friday. Offices will receive delivery once a day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. There is one central mail drop, which is located in the main lobby near the Security Console. There are three (3) scheduled postal pickups per day from this mail drop at 2:40 p.m., 4:40 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Interactive Tenant Directory
A state-of-the-art electronic interactive Tenant Directory is available to all guests and visitors of the Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza. At no cost, tenants may display their company name and logo, as well as various departments and key personnel. Changes to any tenant information on the directory can be made immediately simply by submitting a Directory Change Form to the Hines Property Management Office. Forms may be submitted via fax at 206-621-1251 or delivered to the Property Management Office at Suite 3838.

Pedestrian Tunnel / Walkway
A pedestrial tunnel connects the Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza to the Columbia Center food court serices and retail establishments. The tunnel also connects to escalators which travel to and from the Municipal Tower, making access to all three buildings very convenient.

Umbrellas
Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza umbrellas are available for loan at the Security Console in the main lobby. If, on those unexpected rainy days, you have a lunch or business appointment, please feel free to stop by the lobby Security Console and check out an umbrella. Umbrellas must be returned by the end of the day.

Visitor Center
Located in the lower retail concourse, the Visitor Center offers assistance, directions and Visitor Access Badges to tenants and guests to the Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza. You can reach the Visitor Center 24-hours 7-days a week by calling 206-839-8438.

Parking
Parking for tenants and guests of the Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza is provided in an on-site parking garage accommodating 612 cars. Three passenger elevators provide direct access to the building lobby and five levels of parking. In addition, there is an executive restricted access parking area adjacent to the main lobby. Parking stalls in this area are assigned for an executive's exclusive use. There are also additional nearby parking facilities that service overload tenant and/or vendor parking requirements. Security
Security Officers are on duty 24-hours a day in the building. In the event of any situation of concern or in the case of an actual emergency, they may be contacted by calling 839-8437.

Bike Room
There is no bike room at the Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza, however there are two bike parking areas in the Parking Garage on Level A just to the right as you enter the garage.
