Air Distribution
Two fans provide 80,000 CFM to two ducts that distribute air to each floor via zone dampers.

Building Management System
Energency Management System is a Johnson Controls Metasys System. M5 Graphics Operation Display, DX9100 Controllers. Variable frequency drives control outside air fans, air handling units, cooling tower fans, chiller and domestic water pumps.

Cooling Capacity
Central plant provides 2,500 tons of cooling capacity. Two chill water loops supply 42-46 degrees farenheit chill water to one air handling unit on each floor. Air is distributed via constant velocity fan powered mixing boxes supplying 18-22 zones per floor.
