Umbrellas Courtesy umbrellas are located at the Property Management Office for tenant use. Recycling/Composting Hines places a high value on recycling and composting. We currently recycle paper, cardboard, plastic, aluminum and glass. Nearly all of our tenants participate in the building wide composting program. This service delivers mail to the building's tenants each morning as well as provides a mail drop off for outgoing mail each afternoon. Newsstand Gateway Newstand is located in the Fourth Avenue Lobby. Items available for purchase range from newspapers and magazines to other various gift and sundries. Parking Four floors of parking are available, including a complimentary valet service for guests of Fourth & Madison. Entrances to the parking garage are located off of both Madison Street and Marion Street. Garage hours of operation are 5:00a.m.- 9:00p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00am - 5:00pm on Saturday. We also offer different rates for monthly, carpool, and evening parkers. The garage is closed to non-tenants on Sundays. Bus schedules are available at transit.metrokc.gov. An interactive transportation kiosk will soon be available in the Fourth Avenue Lobby, adjacent to the garage elevators. Simon's Naturally is located in the 4th Avenue Lobby and serves both breakfast and lunch. Rooftop Terrace The 7th Floor Roof Deck is a lush, green retreat from the city below.
