Hines has prepared this Tenant Information Manual to provide assistance and information regarding the operations of Fourth & Madison. The guide has been designed to include basic building and emergency procedure and planning information.

Emergency Procedures
Is designed as a concise, quick reference building emergency information guide. Tenants should familiarize themselves immediately with Section 3 in order to be prepared to respond to an emergency. An Emergency Procedures brochure summarizing this information will be provided to each occupant of the building.

General Information
Provides information regarding hours of operation, ingress and egress, elevators, air conditioning and heating, security, tenant deliveries, mail service, janitorial and maintenance services, parking and commuter information, and the Building and Moving Rules and Regulations.

Pre-Emergency Planning
Discusses planning procedures and goes into detail regarding different types of emergency situations. The Project's fire safety organization, duties and responsibilities of Floor Wardens and other persons of authority, life safety and alarm systems, and the emergency relocation procedures are explained.
