Columbia Square offers a variety of amenities to serve both the tenants of the building and the surrounding neighborhood.

Designed as a truly comprehensive business environment, Columbia Square incorporates a wide range of amenities as indicated on your left. Please use the drop down list for more detalied information.

Banking & Brokerage
Chevy Chase Bank operates a branch at the corner of F Street adn 12th Street.

Newsstand
International Newsplace, conveniently situated off the main lobby carries a full line of local, national, and international newspapers, magazines, and periodicals in addition to greeting cards, candy, snacks and sundry items.

Restaurants / Deli / Catering
City Club of Washington - this private dining facility occupies most of the Concourse level and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in elegant surroundings.

McDonald's - located at the corner of 13th & F Streets, McDonald's serves its traditional menu for which they are well known.

Firehook Bakery and Coffee House - in addition to a swift trade in coffee, Firehook has a wide variety of freshly baked breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, salads and sandwiches.

ATM
In association with Chevy Chase Bank which operates a branch at the corner of F Street and 12th Street, Chevy Chase operates two ATM's by the Metro Center escalators, and one ATM at the 13th Street entrance.

Retail Stores
Trover Card Shop - in addition to an extensive selection of cards, gift wrap, stationery, and balloons, Trover also has a collection of gift items and stuffed animals. Trover is located along the F Street arcade.

Parking
Columbia Square provides for three levels of underground parking, with over 400 parking spaces. Parking for guests and visitors to the building is on P-1 only. For security reasons, all non contract parkers are required to register their vehicles with the parking attendant at the time they enter and will have their vehicle parked by an attendant.

Public Transportation
Columbia Square is ideally located for quick and easy access to the Metrorail system through the Metro Center Station. The Metro entrance is located at the corner of 12th and F Streets and is just east of Columbia Square's F Street entrance.

Car Care Services
Spotless Auto Detail operates a car washing and detail service on the P-2 level of the Parking Garage. Hours of operation are from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Fridays, excluding rainy days. If no walk-in or scheduled appointment has been made by 3:00 P.M. the operator may close shop after 3:00 P.M. To arrange an appointment please call 240 286-6930.

Shoe Shine/Repair Shop
A shoe shine stand is located on the concourse level across from the garage elevators.

Dry Cleaners
Dry Cleaning services are available through International Newsplace, which is located on the east side of the main lobby. International Newsplace utilizes a next day dry cleaning service which was recently voted the best local dry cleaning service by Washingtonian Magazine.

Athletic Club / Gym
One-to-One Fitness is located on the Concourse level and has a large array of cardio-vascular and strength based equipment and workouts for its membership. In addition, One-to-One provides a fee based personal trainer service. Please contact One to One Fitness Center at 202-383-8765

Mail / Delivery Service
The Columbia Square mail room is located on the lobby level at the east end of the Building. Individual tenant mailboxes as well as boxes for the delivery of newspapers and other periodicals are available.

In addition, drop boxes for all of the main overnight express courier services are located in the mail room.

Umbrellas
Columbia Square provides large umbrellas for loan during inclement weather. Umbrellas are available at the security desk in the main lobby between the hours of 7:00 am and 2:00 pm.

Coffee / Gourmet / Specialty
Located along the F Street arcade, Firehook Bakery & Coffee House provides coffee and a variety of fresh made gourmet breads and baked goods.

Fountain / Water Wall
An ornamental fountain is located on the Concourse level, with an overlook at the main lobby.

Visitor Center
The visitor center for the White House is two blocks south of Columbia Square at the Ronald Reagan Building on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Park / Picnic Facilities
Columbia Square is one block away from Freedom Plaza which is located at the intersection of 13th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. The National Mall is slightly farther, but still within walking distance along Constitution Avenue. The Washington Monument is located on the Mall at Constitution and 15th Street.
