By incorporating an elegantly designed Fitness Center and Conference Facility, One South Dearborn offers its occupants places to re-energize physically and mentally. Covered parking, on-site banking, high quality food service and sundries for everyday needs provide tenants with important amenities that make for a more productive workday.

Athletic Club / Gym
One South Dearborn features a 4,500 square foot fitness center that is free for the tenants of the building. The Fitness Center includes top-quality cardio and strength training equipment, flat screen satellite TV monitors, towel service, and full locker room faculties with marble, granite and wood finishes.

ATM
One South Dearborn offers a 24 hour ATM machine located in the hallway adjacent to Fifth Third Bank.

Banking & Brokerage
Fifth Third Bank is located to the north of the main lobby. Fifth Third is a super-regional financial services bank that serves private accounts, small businesses and commercial customers.

Bike Room
The Bicycle Storage Room is located on the north east end of the building near the parking garage entrance. The Bike Room is accessible by key-card only, which provides secure bicycle storage for our building tenants.

Car Care Services
Valet Parking provides car wash, detailing, and emergency services such as jump-starts and tire inflation. Please contact Valet Parking at (312) 346-4941 for more information.

Conference Room Facilities
One South Dearborn’s Conference Center is 2,500 square feet and located on the 20th floor. The Conference Center contains two rooms with the capacity to seat 15-30 individuals in each. The two conference rooms can be combined to create one large conference room with a standing capacity of up to 80 individuals and a seating capacity of 45. The Conference Center includes wireless internet services, teleconferencing, and audio/video equipment. A fully equipped kitchen is also available for event catering.

Interactive Tenant Directory
Interactive touch screen building directories are located at the security desk in the main Lobby. The directory enables visitors to lookup contact information and employee names as provided by the tenants of the building.

Mail / Delivery Service
For the convenience and safety of all our tenants, One South Dearborn offers an internal Messenger Service which interfaces directly with all commercial messengers making deliveries to or from the building.

Parking
One South Dearborn has a parking facility available exclusively to building tenants. Please contact the Office of the Building for more information.

Public Transportation
Located in the heart of Chicago’s Central Loop, One South Dearborn is easily accessible to tenants and visitors via the Chicago Transit Authority(CTA) or Metra Rail.

Recycling/Composting
In keeping with our commitment to environmental sustainability, One South Dearborn has adopted a proactive recycling and waste management program per guidelines approved by LEED. The goal of our recycling program is to provide a user-friendly system that maximizes both the quality and quantity of the recyclable material collected from tenant quarters.

Restaurants / Deli / Catering
Rosebud Restaurants have been a Chicago Tradition for over 30 years. Rosebud Prime opened at One South Dearborn in June of 2007. It is a lavish dining oasis amidst the finest entertainment venues in the city. It is the second steakhouse under the Rosebud umbrella and contains impeccable service, sophisticated atmosphere and the finest selection of steaks, seafood and chops.

Security
One South Dearborn offers a state-of-the-art visitor registration system as well as a twenty-four hour security personnel.

Sundry Shop
Gateway Newstand, the building sundry shop, is located in the Main Lobby adjacent to Fifth Third Bank and immediately north of the lobby. The sundry shop carries a variety of magazines, newspapers, beverages and snack foods.
