The office building consists of 820,915 square feet of office space sitting atop of a 4 level, above-grade parking garage and the building’s ground-level Main Lobby which includes a bank, restaurant and sundry shop.

One South Dearborn is the first office building in Illinois to receive Silver certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Core and Shell (LEED-CS) program. LEED is a nationally-recognized rating system for sustainable real estate design, development and operation.
